Finally we have it, the hack that actually WORKS!!!
The Hollywood + Drivers and Application works with my Creative Encore 6x Kit which includes a DXR3 MPG PCI card. Just download the following Files, install, sit back and enjoy ANY region movies, disable Macrovision so you can copy to Video.
The latest Hollywood + Driver (v1.6) has problems detecting the DXR3 card once installed. The older Driver (v1.5) works fine with the new H+ DVD Station software - get it from the link below. I have tested it and it WORKS!!!!
If you are confused why you have to use Hollywood+ software, is that the dxr3 IS a H+ card just re-badged with Creatives name and Software. The Hollywood + software is in my opinion better than Creatives effort. So until someone cracks Creatives PC DVD software you have to put up with the Hollywood + Software.
Make sure you follow the below method correctly before Emailing me with Problems.
1. Hollywood + Drivers (Just update your DXR3 drivers in System Properties)

A few of you have been Emailing me on two of the main problem that have been occuring on this method described above. Hopefully the following Q and A solutions will be able to correct this:
Q: Every time I load the DVD Station app with a movie inserted, I get the error message stating that the "EPPROM Damaged", whats this all about then?
A: Make sure you configure and run Zone Selector FIRST (Region & Macrovision removal ETC), and use Zone Selector to load the app - DO NOT run the app from the Programs Menu.
Q: I have managed to get the method described on your site working fine, great!, but I have a problem with the output on my PC monitor, it works great with my TV but not on my PC?
A: If you have got the method complete and working, but if this problem applies to you, once again update your drivers for the H+ to the Latest Drivers. DO NOT remove the current drivers on your system but UPDATE them only. Reboot your machine afterwards.
